Vishnu vs Lucifer

Description

The great Vishnu sits with in his creation, surveying all that is beneath his control and maintaining the great cosmos in deep meditation. His deep thought is broken by something new, a presence in his universe, one that had not been of his doing, one that had a certain sense of mystery to it, one that was contacting him...this intrigued the being. The Vishnu meets with the being, his form is that of a young western man, with rich brown hair and a reasonable color to his skin, he wore a very fine suit for a business meeting, his eyes concealed by a set of shades and he walked with a cherry red cane under his arm, the handle in the shape of a silver dragon. Vishnu steps forth and says "welcome to my kingdom, I am the Vishnu, he who sustains the universe, and who might you be my fine fellow?", the man smiles and says "my name is Lucifer Morningstar, the light bringer, I am here to approach you with a proposition", Vishnu simply raises an eye brow and asks "well the, what is it you wish of me, Lucifer?", Lucifer materializes a rolled up contract and says "read and it will all become clear". Vishnu reads over the paper, hands it back to Lucifer and says "I'm sorry, but I don't think I will take you up on this offer, this 'Yahweh' fellow has yet to display any of the villainous actions towards me that your contract spells out...besides, I will not serve you, now begone". Vishnu turns, but soon finds a sword blade at his throat, he turns his head and sees Lucifer holding the blade instead of his cane from before as he says "come now, I implore you to sign on, the benefits are quite tempting...don't you agree?", Vishnu vanishes and reappears several light years away....but Lucifer has traveled with him, his blade still at Vishnu's throat. Vishnu pushes the sword away and says "Lucifer, the offer in this contract give me ownership of so called "multiverses" that you stand to win in defeated this 'Yahweh'...you wish to convince me that there is an existence beyond my scope...you have apparent knowledge of me....tell me, how can there be anything beyond a transcendent creator of all you see?", Lucifer's grin grows into a cocky, confident smile "before today, you didn't even know I existed, yet I was there before you even came into being, long ago when you first rode Ananta in this vast ocean", vishnu contemplates what this being has stated.
Lucifer continues with "so, please join me, lord Vishnu, or I will have the unfortunate duty of making an example of you", Vishnu lets out a loud sign and Lucifer is pierced by a large blade, the light bringer stares down at the wound and lifts an eye brow before he is thrown across the universe as he crashes into a massive mountain. Lucifer digs himself out and looks to behold Vishnu and Kali approaching before a massive meteor buries him, Brahma then proceeds to weave him into place as the three come back together and say in their tri-voice "Lucifer, we are all one and the same, the universe is us and we will not allow you to harm the universe, you will be dealt with before you can attempt to destroy all....assuming you even possess that power." the trinity put a small bit of cockiness in that last statement and are staggered as the whole of the universe seems to shake at the release of a booming bestial roar.
Lucifer tears off the weaving holding him in place and casts his glasses aside, reveal a set of burning fires in his sockets as calmly says "now, now, now, little 'god', we were both to be acting with a reserve of decency towards each other, you have declined such decency...now, I shall also drop my decency, you are but gnat compared to me, I take this form to converse with you in a pleasant manner, but you just don't seem to want to go silently...you will bow to me....now, you won't respond to this form, how will you handle my true form....". Lucifer closes his eyes and behind him a set of massive draconic wings, Vishnu's expression doesn't change as the pressure of Lucifer's presence increases, a second set of draconic wings erupt beneath the first, Vishnu raises an eyebrow as the pressure becomes so great that he must push back against it, a third set forms beneath the second, the pressure cause Vishnu to stand hard against it. Lucifer says "what's wrong? finding it hard to stand in my presence? then I must inform you *his voice shifts to a echoing tone* I'm just getting started", a truly titanic set of fiery draconic wings form behind the original six and another set unfold beneath those wings, the pressure Vishnu feels is as overwhelmingly powerful as he is, but he refuses to yield. Lucifer looks at the god and snickers before saying "will you bend to my will?", Vishnu roars "never!!!!" and shakes the universe, Lucifer's eyes turning into swirling black fire as he says "then you shall break", he growls and roars as the largest set of wings yet erupts, the wings are covered with in dark feathers, each leading into an infinite abyss of a maddening sound of flapping blades, Lucifer then cackles madly as his head sprouts ten blood soaked horns, his ribs rip their way out of his body and touch together and expanding in a shining white cuirass, his skin turns a dark flowing red color as his face deforms into a demonic dragon's face as his head multiplies into seven heads and his necks extend, his hands and feet forming into sword like talons, his muscles swelling and a massive tail sprouts as he grows and grows and grows in size, his form touch the limits of the infinite kingdom of Vishnu, he opens his massive maw, revealing an infinite set of rolling teeth as he says "I am Lucifer Morningstar, this is my true form, little Vishnu and you will bow to me!!!!!!".
Lucifer raises his foot and brings it crashing down, Vishnu dashes backwards away from the beast. Lucifer gives chase, Vishnu dodging backwards from each crashing foot, Vishnu stops dodging and draws all the stars from the sky and forms a universe spanning spear and hurdles it at Lucifer, who meets the spear head on with the point of his tail, shattering the spear. Vishnu takes advantage of the momentary lapse in Lucifer's attention and sets the universe a blaze, destroying it, turning the greatest intensity of his power on the fallen angel.
The smoke clears and there is no trace left of Vishnu's would be attacker, he takes a deep breath and reforms the vast ocean and awaits Ananta to carry him into the next world.
analysis:

"hahahahahahahahahaha, that was cute, little god", Vishnu spins around to see his serpent torn in twain and being devoured by two of Lucifer's heads. Vishnu sets on him again with flame, boiling the ocean away, but Lucifer sets upon the universe with a freezing assault, snuffing out the flame and dropping Vishnu to his knees in freezing pain, Lucifer then lashes him with his claws, separating Vishnu into his many component entities before he shatters them all, leaving Vishnu all alone. Vishnu looks up at the fallen king, Lucifer then raises all seven heads and bellows "do you bow to me!?!?!?!", Vishnu simply says "never" and Lucifer sets on him with all his heads and darkness overtakes the universe. "mwuahahahahaha!!!!"
analysis:
This one was a hard fight to call when I was first digging into the two, Vishnu is described as the omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent being of his creation and Lucifer is attributed said characteristics so long as his is unopposed by a certain two entities and one of those entities is debated whether or not he (Michael) can oppose him. It took two major points to swing this fight in the favor of the devil himself:
1. comparing his fellow supernaturals: in the Abrahamic cosmology, more than a few entities have implied omnipotence/ reality warping power that is all held in check by a climbing latter of priority in that those higher on the ladder are above the influence of those on lower steps of the latter and can use their full omnipotence on them, with the only exceptions being those on the same steps but differences in power, but the golden rule is that God is so high on the latter that he is above it all. The evidence behind this is the angels like the cherubim are capable of using flaming swords that spin in all directions at once and their true form being lethal to humans. More reasoning on this is the Seraphs, "the burning ones", their power is so great that the flames they are comprised of can sear anything less powerful than them (other angels included) from existence itself (as in no afterlife, no reincarnation, body, soul, karma, mind, what ever is all removed at once) if nothing keeps it in check (the seraphs themselves, higher angels, God), the closest thing in Hindu is (I'm going on the sect that holds Vishnu as the highest power to give Vishnu the best fighting chance) one of the facets of the supreme being able to breath fire that can destroy the cosmos, but this still leaves the components of the reincarnation cycle, so it stands to reason that something that can complete erase you just by existing is more powerful than something that can destroy you but you come back when it's using slight(and I mean slight) effort. Lucifer is so powerful that he actually is important (as an evil force), so imagine something that is to the seraphs what the seraphs are to us. This ability to trump other omnipotent users gives me reason to suspect that Lucifer can overpower his opponent.
2. territory size: amended,(wasn't feeling good when I wrote this part, so I'm fixing it), both are powerhouses to who can affect mutliverses, be the many worlds that vishnu holds sway over to the many houses of heaven that Lucifer waged war in, so no real advantage on either side here.
3. sum up: Lucifer has to take on other reality controllers that are not facets of him on multiple occasion and his battles are on a larger scale. In the end, Vishnu was fighting someone who was way outside of his weight class. I know some might not like me giving Lucifer the win for a multitude of reasons from either thinking I nerfed Vishnu to finding it sacrilegious to hand Satan a win, but in the end, hate as much as you will, sometimes you just got to give the devil his due.
:iconblazbaros: suggested this fight.
Next fight: I'm breaking my own rules for this one fight.
The patron saint of collateral damage and the king of the monsters takes on the god of all lawful goody two shoes dragons: Godzilla vs Bahamut.
